Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pinnix, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Pinnix is

Pinnix is a daily planner web and mobile application that helps you organise tasks, break them down, and plan your day. We run it. You use it.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscription and billing

Pinnix costs £15/month or £135/year (25% off, three months free for committing upfront). The price shown at sign-up is the price you keep, unless we explicitly tell you otherwise.

A 14-day free trial is included. No card is required to start. If you choose to subscribe at the end of the trial, payment begins then. If you don't, your account closes and we don't charge you.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. We'll send you a reminder before annual renewal so you can decide.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime from your account, or by emailing hello@pinnix.co.uk. Monthly subscriptions end at the close of the current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are refundable pro-rata in the first 30 days; after that they run to the end of the year and don't auto-charge again unless renewed.

Acceptable use

Use Pinnix for lawful purposes only. Don't try to break it, abuse it, or use it to harm others. Don't try to extract our code or reverse-engineer the service. Be a reasonable human.

Your content is yours

Anything you write into Pinnix, tasks, brain dumps, plans, belongs to you. We don't claim ownership. We only process your content to deliver the service to you (which includes sending it to our AI provider to break tasks down). You can export or delete it at any time.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Pinnix running well. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we won't be liable for short outages, scheduled maintenance, or third-party failures. If we have an extended outage, we'll communicate openly and credit affected paying users where appropriate.

Liability

Pinnix is a planning tool. It helps. It doesn't make decisions for you. To the extent permitted by law, we limit our liability to the fees you've paid us in the previous 12 months. We don't exclude liability for things UK law says we can't exclude.

Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service. If we do, we'll usually tell you why.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we'll let you know by email. Continuing to use Pinnix after the change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
