Why one price?
Most productivity apps have three tiers because they're trying to capture the maximum from every kind of user. Free for the curious. Pro for the serious. Team for the company spend. Each tier is a wall of features you have to compare and decisions you have to make.
Pinnix is one product, built for one kind of person, someone who needs help thinking through their day. There's no free tier because Pinnix only proves its value once it's learned your patterns and worked with you on real tasks. A free tier would show the wrong half of the product.
There's no team tier yet because the individual product comes first. When team functionality lands, it'll be priced honestly too, and anyone on a personal plan keeps theirs.
£15 a month. Or £135 a year. That's it. The price you sign up at is the price you keep.
Pricing questions.
Can I try Pinnix before paying?
Yes. Sign up with email, use Pinnix for 14 days, decide at the end. We'll remind you a few days before the trial ends. If you decide to keep going, you pay then. If not, your account quietly closes. No charge, no chase.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly cancels at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual is refundable pro-rata in the first 30 days, then runs to the end of the year. Cancellation is one click in your account settings.
Do you offer student or low-income discounts?
Not at launch. We may introduce one later. If Pinnix is genuinely out of reach for you and you need it, email hello@pinnix.co.uk and let's talk. We'd rather you had access than not.
Will the price go up later?
Possibly, over time. Anyone who signs up at £15/month or £135/year keeps that price for as long as their subscription stays active. We don't believe in pricing surprises for existing customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Bank transfer for annual plans on request.
Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?
Not yet. Pinnix is focused on getting the individual product right first. When team functionality launches, likely later in year one, it'll be priced fairly, and we'll let waitlist subscribers know first.
Is VAT included in the price?
UK customers: yes, £15 includes VAT. International customers see prices appropriate to their region at checkout.
